First phase of the construction
The first of the twelve residences that will be built on the slope above the capital Funchal has been already finished.
If you are interested in a personal visit to the villa, we will be more than happy to arrange all the necessary arrangements, such as airplane tickets and accommodation as well as an excursion tour according to the client’s wishes (e.g. golf, water sports, walks along the levadas or visit to wine cellars).
In case of the consequent buying of the property, all these costs will be deducted from the total sum.
